scott: there is a 5 minute time limit on the 2 in debbie's office but on the 9 in the computer room there is no limit. however you can't leave your computer to use the phone. get a coffee, take a bathroom break, etc. if you leave it you lose it. i would say most people are on there between 30 minutes to 2 hours. it's tough! i do most of it online anymore
