I need to know how many of you are having this same problem.-Most of out area is very rural and taxes are collected locally by the towns Treasures (home office based). I would typically leave a message and within a few days would get the info. returned. Lately, many of these rural Treasurers  no longer have an answering machine to even leave a request for tax info. Does anyone know if there are State guidelines that these Treasurers must abide with?  Also, any suggestions on standard verbage I could use when returning orders without current tax info. Thanks.
