In the past, we had as many as 6 staff examiners.  We were always able to cover our own vacations.  I always thought that was one of the reasons that our clients preferred us.  Now, however, that things are so slow, we only have 1 examiner.  He will be going on vacation later this year... I guess we will just have to see how we handle that when the time comes.  So far, no plans have been made.
