Wow, George... that is the first time I have heard 5 years of law school and TWO law degrees described as "lower[ing] yourself into the gutter."  I'm rather proud of my accomplishment.  And, if my education doesn't indicate a knowledge of the legal definitions of words, what does?!

I have no problem with anyone disagreeing with my opinions.  I do, however, expect that when someone tells me that they have researched the issue and that I am wrong, they back it up with substance and not mere hyperbole.
