Could not agree more. What's more shameful is to say that you have never made a mistake in your entire career cause that would be an outright lie! We all make mistakes.    As long as you stepped up and dealt with it you have nothing to be ashamed of.  Now those insurance carriers on the other hand, they should be ashamed for trying to squeeze you.
