NREIS first contacted me when I was living in Plano, TX around 2005.

In 2006 I moved to Mobile, AL and did a lot of Refiance Loan Closings for them.

Most of the signings were for their client Countrywide.

They had always paid me within 3 to 4 weeks.

I moved to the Fort Worth area of TX  in 2007 and their office just recently contacted me to do some closings for them during 2009.  They have become very slow payers.

Usually a phone call with the job  order number gets results, but once in a while I have to follow-up with a demand letter that includes an itemized invoice and a completed form W9.

I am concerned that with BOA taking over Countrywide that that may be onef the reasons of  why they have become slow payers.
