I have no idea what Notary Rotary is, but there have been a couple posts about Nationwide Real Estate Services here. No one seems to have done business with them, and when you try to call them, you get a message that their mailbox is full. My guess is that they are in the process of setting up their company & are collecting information from searchers all over the place ahead of time.
