This business is a little like the farming industry in this country.

Too...... many producers (and abstractors) who are willing to take

what ever is held out before them (farmers and abstractors) to be

able to stay in business.   In order to make  something like "Abstractors

United" work, you would need to have ALL belong, and that will never

happen, just as all farmers will not join together, because someone

will sell their product (and searching) for a lower figure.  Example:

I'll sell my pig for a dollar less than my neighbor, and he'll sell

his for a dollar less than his neighbor, and soon we have a loss on

raising pigs.  Same happens with the searches, giving us $ 25 or

less C.O. searches.
