Well, he's a busy guy.  What with nationalizing the banks, the auto companies and the medical system, he's got an awful lot on his plate.  He'll get around to it eventually, just like it took him a while to start dismantling our nuclear arsenal.

You say "context", I say "spin" (po-tay-toh, po-tah-toh).  As I said before, the context doesn't change anything.  Words mean things...unless, of course, we're talking about what the meaning of the word "is" is.
