Jim - Have you tried the NALTEA manual? It is not an online course, but rather a self study.   It is a great tool with lots of information that covers key concepts in many states and uncovers differences and commonalities, spending time on such things as DOT vs. MTG, etc. You can check it out, along with exam information at www.NALTEA.org
