The fact that legislative representatives cannot speak for themselves, putting them in the pocket of rich and powerful special interest lobbiests is no surprise.  I think that this is an important reminder that these congresspeople are no smarter than the rest of us, just slicker at grabbing cash by suckling on the public teet. 

If they can't get health care right by addressing the issue directly, then the certainly do not understand matters of bearing on our industry.  Indeed, the changes they propose in WV are obviously driven by groups of lawyers lobbying for such change, and not by the Common Man who is mostly unaware of such matters.  The squeaky wheel gets the grease, I suppose.
