I do not see the lenders wanting this to happen. There are thousands of condominiums and homes that association fees are not being paid for. This would put the responsibility back on the lenders to pick up this additional cost (maintenance fees). Currently the lenders are moving very slowly through the forweclosure process, waiting for the market to turn..............

 Just my thoughts on this
