Unfortunately ,  when we rely on mechanical things...like cars, trucks, appliances...and technology...like COTT/HUB for our workplace help, sometimes we are let down...It has been a nightmare for all of us and I sincerely hope it doesn't happen again...but it might...  In VT, some of the Town Clerks have relied completely on COTT...with no back-up...and they are still shut down...no records available from 2006-2023...I feel for them...especially if it's a busy City Clerk's Office...

We are trained professionals and we are the starting points for all things real estate..,.We have too many companies depending upon us to let a company like AMROCK bring us down...They are going to be the loser...not us... Please don't give up, FP...we'll get through this and we'll be busier than ever...
