Small firm in the California Valley that has had the goal of being a big title dog for over 15 years but has never quite made it.  While they were never able to enter the big urban markets in N. Calif, they've managed, none-the-less, to stay afloat while others of a similar small-to-medium-size ilk (Alliance, New Century, Financial) have gone the way of the dinos.

Never had research work from them, so can't attest to their reliability in payments.  Just observed them from afar as a potential client for recording services, should they ever succeed in the glitz and glamour of the big city...
