For well over a year, they have owed me almost $2,000.00 for searches performed.   Had to hire an attorney last year to sue and try to collect.  Still no response from  US Title Corp.   Lawsuit filed and judgment taken last year - and still no response.  I probably won't ever see the money!!!!  becky@eliteabstractors.com
