Well, surprise surprise! looks like this guy is a zero tax guy along with his mortgage fraud activities!
In federal court documents, Hanloh portrays himself as an anti-tax advocate taking on the Internal Revenue Service and lenders.
The IRS filed a $223,172 lien against his Long Beach house in 2007, records show.
In 2008, Hanloh was taken to court by the IRS for repeatedly failing to honor a summons. Hanloh, referring to himself as a "sovereign American," questioned in court papers whether the revenue officer had the authority to issue a summons. The IRS was looking into Hanloh's tax filings between 2001 and 2004, court documents show.
