Robert, I agree, balance is required but if a firm "owes people money" as was indicated
by Nathan is his situation, when he said he has to call Ken and "BEG" for a check to be sent
to him, then by gosh, that shows Ken's company has a payment problem with at least one
other abstractor (Nathan) and it is not trully a situation where a "person with a grudge can create the appearance that a company belongs in the "deadbeat" category." Ken, in my mind is
in that category when he owes people money, and they have to BEG for it.
Do we have the time to have to call, remind, and BEG for any money that is owed to us?
My power company, phone company, and bank will not take the time to call me to
BEG for their payment, the just cut off the power, take the phone away, or foreclose
on the house (just ask millions throughout the county).
If Ken (0r any company for that matter) has all their vendors payed up according to
the terms of their agreement, then they are not a deadbeat, until then they are and it's
not because of "a person with a grudge".
