Kevin, Now you KNOW that would be totally out of context for us at this end of the
busines to expect to be able to "have them pay an hourly rate", for as I have been told
on here before, something to the effect, "that we should do those little favors for the
client just as part of good customer service. I guess I don't see it any different guys
and gals as what I was told about 'expecting to get paid' for having to send back a
piece of *hit mtg that was unrecordable. I think I was told something to the effect that
my time was of little value, and I should do it as a customer service. That would seem
to apply in Robert's case above, do it for the customer to keep them happy.
