Thank you, Nathan, for posting your experiences with Abstractors a Go Go.  It is important to balance out the forums with positive feedback.  Too many people are quick to post when they have a problem (whether real or perceived), but not enough post their positive experiences. 

It is certainly a problem when one person with a grudge can create the appearance that a company belongs in the "deadbeat" category.  Unfortunately, it isn't an easy problem to cure.  We want people to feel free share their good and bad experiences, but we need to remember that there are two sides to every story that gets posted and we have to be careful how much weight we give any single person who posts.
