We've really been getting beat up on taxes lately.  To the point the title examiner has verified info we provided by calling the collector's number we provided and then wanted us to change our report from a month ago.  Well, taxes DO change, they get paid, they go delinquent and we all know if you're stuck relying on a call to the collector, you may get two different answers depending on who you get.

I wish all counties provided printouts or just went the way of PA and said "Nah, we're giving you nothing, order a search!"
