I want to notify all abstractors that UFirst Real Estate Services out of Pittsburg, PA, is a SLOW PAY.  I am hoping they do not become a NO PAY because they owe us quite a bit, and have paid us some, but they still owe us for work done in January and keep prolonging when payment will be recieved.  At this point, I would recommend that any of you doing work for this company to not allow their bill to get too high.
