I thought some of the SOT faithful who are familiar with military chow might be able to help me out with an odd request.  I'm trying to get my hands on a couple of those old mermite cans that the Army phased out back in the '90s.  They're the insulated food cannisters that were used to transport hot chow to the troops out in the field and I thought we could use them in our homeless outreach ministry.  I've been Googling my brains out with no success.
