They just called us needing an order done in KY. i told her right away that we do online research on new companies because of payment issues. I asked her some questions of my own like where they were located, who owned the company and if they had ever heard of an abstractor not getting paid and she actually said "Yes, quite a few times". i was kind of taken back and feeling like "i got one, quick call the abstractor police". She was a nice and everything. i told her we'd need to be prepaid, she asked if I'd take paypal, i said ok. After that i looked them up online, including SOT and i did find several of you did not get paid. If I read all this before i would have just said no thanks.  Proceed with caution. I wanted to post this just to remind everyone to be careful with new clients. Do a 5 minute online search and it could be you save a lot of money in 5 minutes...
