Please be advised that M&M National Abstracting Company is, in fact, a legitimate business.  The party who stated the aforesaid did a fantastic job for us when they did the rush titles.  However, do to the fact that a prior subcontractor abstractor had been so slow getting the titles back to me prior to my sending same to this party, my client cancelled all but ten of the searches; thus, costing M&M 90% of the monies that have not been recv. and would have paid.  M&M has every intention of paying this client.  With respect to information received concerning   t LSI, I would suggest that they talk to somebody who knows the truth about the situation not just hearsay.

M&M does apologize to this party is very sorry for the ill feelings.  They were great and I cannot say enough good about them.  Also, with respect to not being able to get in touch with me...I just recently received the messages left on my cell phone due to the fact that I had moved and was not receiving any calls, etc., on the phone. 

It is hoped that this information will help explain this matter, even though I do understand the party's feelings.
