Thanks Jessica! It is going fine. I just noticed a recent dip, which is partially due to cutting off a client that we were having some troubles with and the resultant distraction. My solution is always to just keep on promoting and delivering excellent service to our existing clients. Nothing major, just enough for me to perk my ears up.
