I'm so sorry that it is annoying to point out good business practices to others in this business.

If her fee for the search was on their order, and they are now trying to change it (after the fact)

and / or not pay it correctly, the answer is simple, as Kevin has said on here berore, SUE

them and serve a SUMMONS.  They can't hide from that.  Many on here don't appear to want

to "work for it" and not sue anyone.  A warning about the bad companies is great and we

all are glad to hear the warnings.  I don't believe anyone has all the answers, but pointing out

good business practices shouln't be classified as nit-picking, but each to their own

opinion.
