First, you saying that  your "claims are substantial and true," is not really substantiation of your claim.  YOU made the claim that this was "perfectly legal," YOU said that you have "taken the time to understand the technical and legal aspects of this matter," and YOU said that my advice was "ill researched."  Therefore, I don't think it was too much to ask that you share your knowledge of the "technical and legal aspects" with the rest of us, particularly because you are advocating others do this as well.

But, clearly, you can't do that. And, that is fine by me, but for some reason you insist on continuing to post insulting comments about my understanding of the law.  If you don't want to explain yourself, just stop wasting my time.

Second, I don't know what you were reading, but I never admitted that I "do not know the legal definitions of words."  In fact, I'd say that my law degree and my master of laws degree indicate the contrary. 

Third, I posted the language of the statute and an explanation.  I think that speaks for itself.
