The noncompete clause is just the beginning of it!  I tried to hang in there with them for almost a year.  Their demands got WAY out of control.  In my 14 yrs of Title Abstracting, I have NEVER had a company that wanted so much for so little.  They set the prices.  They want full copies of everything for free.  Each month, they wanted more and more.  When they asked for full copies of Probate files, I quit.  Some of those files are 4 inches thick.  They did pay on time but you will lose money in TONS of copy charges and the time it takes you to make all the copies.
