Just finished writing a blog on this subject at Activerain. It was curious that I took a call this morning, my first ever, from an outsourcing company wanting to sell me their services. Robert If I could use you in Maryland you would be THE MAN.  Actually my attorney abstractors here do an outstanding job for me and I love that when I have a LEGAL question about a particular title issue, they know the answer and I can understand them when they speak to me.
