I'm afraid I have to agree with most of the other posts, our business is not ready for that type of power play towards the potential client. It sounds like something that can be worked out with clients after you build the relationship, but sounds kind of pushy to a new client. In a county with high competition, they will just move on to another searcher. The potential to scare away future clients just outweighs the protection from non-payers.
