In Calhoun Co., MI, cell phones are not allowed into the CH.
In Barry Co., MI a sign in the Register's Office clearly states, no use of devices such
as cell phones, or others devices that can make copies. In some counties, if the
rules were posted and someone made copies of "their books", I'm sure some
areas may charge the person with theft of govt. property.
