I, too, have been approached by Red Vision and actually had a nice conversation with someone there today.  At least this part of their office is based in FL.  I don't have any reason to believe, at this point, that they're outsourcing to another country.  They mentioned ISGN (which used to be Fiserv which used to be GAC) which while sometimes cumbersome to deal with when trying to get correct information, they always paid their bill on time.  Their sign-up contract is lengthy, but logical and nothing out of the ordinary.   I'm going to sign up.  Will post if this doesn't work out.
