Tell them to get their own copies.  They will soon realize that you cannot get copies for just .25 cents, there are other costs involved, including time and effort.  The county will charge them even more if they have to get the copies for them.  It really ticks me off that companies pull this crap on abstractors.  The time it take to compile all the copy requests, put money out to get them, and take the time to fax or scan them is worth my time and therefore my compensation.  I would rather not get copies because of the time involved.   Like I said, tell them to get their own copies and see how cost effective that is for them.
