Problem and solution time:  Greenley County in Arizona has it's records index online.  In addition to the index, as in some states, Arizona allows the documents to be posted online and this county offers just that;  online copies of recorded, official records.

  This is nice except for the limits the county places on downloads of document images.  They seem to allow unlimited searches of the online index, however, they limit to 20, the number of images that can be pulled up in a single day.  (Update:  5 counties and AZ and 11 in NV appear to be running the same software, but it's unclear as to whether or not they all have implemented these same utility options). 

  Since their system is not log-in/password based, nor is it cookie-based, I naturally advocate circumventing their system with perfectly legal means of doing so.  Use a anonymous proxy server to fool their system into seeing multiple IP addresses.  Google will reveal vast lists of these websites for you to use.  They are simple interfaces that allow you to put in the agency website and will "surf" you there just like Yahoo or Google do when you use their search functions.  The difference is, unbeknownst to you as it operates in the "background" of your net surfing, your IP address assigned to you by your service provide, will be randomized to appear as any one of thousands of other anonymous IP Addresses, making you impossible to block by the simple-brained county code monkeys.
