Douglas,    It may be interesting for all to know that here in my county, one can still have

an abstract of title certified to date as of last Friday, June 25th, 2010.     I think our

state statutes still allow a seller to prove to the buyer he has a marketable titile by

such method.   Also,  is the Libitarians a new group like the "tea party" or something?

I never heard of them up here in the North.  We do have some very active Libertarian

party groups in our area.
