  BTW, it's funny and telling how, on  your recent blog, you mention how you've never seen an actual title abstract until recently, but this seems at odds with your long, ongoing advocacy for state abstracting regulations.  I, personally, like to do some research and know the talking points and weaknesses of a topic before I jump in with both feet.  Different strokes for different folks, I guess, but that circumstance seems, at least on it's surface, to parallel your unwillingness to look up legal definitions here too.  Perhaps I'm just reading too much into a seemingly common theme.   Us Libertarian wackos are always coming up with crazy fringe conspiracy's at every corner, or so I'm told by the likes of you.  lol.
