Source of Title Forums: Re: E & O Claim

I would recommend you talk to an attorney that is experienced handling title/E&O claims. See what they would advise. But, you most likely do not want to delay notifiying your E&O carrier for too long... check your policy, but timely notice is usually required and if you fail to provide it, they can deny the claim.
