Not sure the amount they owe you but we just placed someone (Justice Title) in collections.  I'm thrilled to know they will harrass Brad because he was SUCH a jerk when we asked to be paid.  A fellow vendor manager here gave me the other partner's cell and all contact info too when I posted about their non-payment and Brad's abusive responses to me.  We'll get weekly reports of calls made & progress and they're paid contingent on collection.  They told us that it was a good sign that they'd paid a portion because it means they acknowledge they owe us AND they requested a copy of the check so that if it becomes a lawsuit/judgment, he said they can use the banking info of the company to collect.

I'd considered suing them but trying to determine how to file in civil court in another state was making my head spin.  By the time I paid one or two attorneys, it probably wouldn't be worth it.
