To my experience, Qualia only gives back what you put into it. As an examiner who types my own commitments, this is by far the easiest system i've ever worked with. My company has been using Qualia for close to 4 years; our previous platform was Streamline. Now that was a clunky interface which was completely user hostile.
My biggest complaint about Qualia is how easily the designers break things while improving things. They do frequent updates, which sometimes has the nasty habit of breaking things that were already working. I have had to reach out to their help system a few times and it is very obvious that tier one doesn't have much of a clue - at least about the title side. I have had times when the UW rates aren't pulling through properly (or they aren't calculating right) and trying to fix them can be irritating.
My biggest compliment to the designers is the fact that my entire codebook can be uploaded to the system and new codes (reqs/exc) are very easily created. while the system isn't intuitive, it is very user friendly and you don't have to be a coder to make it work. Yes, it is geared more towards Escrow, but aren't all things? That's where the $$ is, right?
However, if you are a vendor, i can tell you that my company never uses the marketplace option. We have an established network of indie abstractors that we utilize if something can't be done in-house.
