Each state and county has their own way of doing things.

We cover Missouri, Illinois and Kansas.  You have to be licensed in Missouri and Kansas just to pull a document retrieval.  Missouri is also a Title Plant state and you have to be Missouri Title Plant Compliant or you break the state statue.

Missouri is a Deed of Trust state where as Illinois and Kansas are mortgage states.

The list goes on and on, judgments, indexing, etc...

Best to use abstractors from those states since they know their states the best.
