Normally, I would not comment when someone has had a bad experience with a company.  I read it & use my own judgment.  For this one, though, I cannot ignore the comment.  I have ALWAYS had a good relationship with Punctual Abstract and if anyone asks me about working for them I would say, "Absolutely work with them!".        As for the drug comments...out of line!    Bordering on slander but certainly an abusive statement.   I've worked with them for several years and think nothing but good about Punctual Abstratct.  They're definitely one of the best!
