Encompass Title and Escrow says it is in Nebraska but the Title Center they want you to log into days nothing as to where they are. It looks like they may be part of another Title Company. I used to work for this other Title Company in Southern California so I will give them a call and see what I can find out. The odd thing is it says it charges $10 for a Report. Didn't explain what kind of report. More investigating to do.
