I could not agree more with your assessment. Why is it that those of us sitting around discussing this issue can readily come up with viable alternative ways in which to proceed to foreclosure without commitment a fraud.   Probably because we aren't making millions of dollars on the backs of consumers who have bailed out the banks so that they could go ahead and further "rape" the public.
