This is the press release relating to the original indictment(s).  I have never ever seen a forfeiture by the feds.  I've seen lis pendens filed (& released) along with attachments by the feds & people putting their houses up for bonds, but never a forfeiture.  I know absolutely nothing about ciminal law, but what I was told is that if the US attorney's office gets you on RICO then they can & will take everything you've got - real estate, cash on hand, cars, boats, etc.
