We have recently joined with Altisource and with some concerns about signing up with them with all they request. It has been a satisfying move to do so. To jump through all those hoops to get connected was a bit much but it has paid off. Since then we have found that this company is above board. A previous reply was said that they send you a test order which helps them determine how good you are in your searching. Once we passed this test order we immediately started receiving orders. And not just junk orders. Also their payment method is very good. We started getting paid for work completed less than 10 days after orders were completed.

I found their customer service very acceptable and professional. I do understand everyone's concerns about all they ask for when so many other companies don't. I was NEVER asked for any kind of credit card information and we also have NEVER been charged any fee to accept work from them ie the $7.5 per order. I think a lot of you that don't sign with Altisource should re-consider and if you have questions I recommend that you ask for Fedrico Mercapidez or James Weld to walk you through the sign up process.
