Every PUBLIC site where anyone can freely post has its share of "not worth reading" according each reader's personal preferences.  SOT is not nearly as bad with complaining posts as some others I check regularly.

I just weed through the "I'm not interested in this" to get to the "I find this interesting" posts and news.

To keep a free exchange of information and opinions, it is not the site's fault that many go to every public forum they can find to complain about non-payment ... some according to what I've read do it just to spite a company s/he is mad at or just doesn't like that company's business practice, including the contact s/he signed prior to doing business with tha company.
