Thanks a million for the great ideas.  I haven't heard any of the other title examiners in my area doing any of the work you have listed above, but I will definately check some of them out.  I was wandering about the agent services. do you charge by the month and approximately how much do you charge for this service?  It is fairly simple to become a notary here and I do see people who have signs outside their homes advertising notary services, but I never thought that it would be a lucrative business.  Approximately how much do you charge for this service and do you advertise it in any way?  I like the Ancestory. com idea.  I didn't know that they have a professional services area, I was having enough trouble trying to trace my family tree mostly due to lack of fanily information.  I will definately look into this.  Thanks for all the great ideas, you have given me hope for survival.
