64 billion dollars of taxpayer money has been funneled into an institution which has recently suffered allegations of unethical practices.  There are rumored to be 100 billion stars in the galaxy.  When does our sense of proportion kick in and we realize how much money we are literally pouring into the coffers of this institution?  Additionally, where is all this money really coming from?  Our national debt is constantly increasing.  When I checked it last at http://www.usdebtclock.org/, it was at $13,306,349,700,403.
