I received a FedEx'd check two days after this post.  I've asked the BBB not to pursue the complaint and I didn't file with the VSB.  True to my word, I told Brad I would post that they did pay in full. 

Please be aware they have a policy not to pay on files that don't close which they neglect to tell you up front.
