My husband's uncle had a deeded driveway that ran to his back yard and ran along the back of his neighbor's property.  She did not like that and she planted trees in the middle of the driveway all along where it adjoined her yard.  She removed them after a letter from our uncle's attorney but she was not a good neighbor.
